O&M  services include preventive maintenance, repair work,  emergency work, and project work over $25,000 for  plumbing; fire detection, suppression and alarm systems;  security and CCTV systems; fuel gas, medical gas, and  vacuum systems; water treatment systems; food service  equipment; electric power and lighting systems; heating,  air conditioning, and ventilation systems; lift systems;  automatic doors; hazardous waste disposal; energy  plant; carpentry; signage; locksmithing; painting; roofing;  and other services. We maintain two 5,000 gallon fuel  tanks and their distribution systems. One provides fuel  for the generator and the other for the boilers.
