maintenance contractor for the Coast Guard complex at Novato and Yerba Buena
Island, California (282 units); Concord Naval Weapons Station, California (351
units); Luke Air Force Base, Arizona (874 units); Davis-Monthan Air Force Base,
Arizona (1,256 units), Randolph Air Force Base, Texas (1,090 units), and Guam
Naval Facilities, Guam (2,700 units). We provide all management, supervision,
quality control, manpower, technical services, tools, materials, equipment, and
transportation for the maintenance and repair of several thousand military family
housing units.
Some of our specialized services include 24 hour service call operations, change
of occupancy maintenance, computerized maintenance management, equipment
